// Integration

CSV / webhook today

Trackyr + Apollo

Bring verified Trackyr contacts into Apollo via CSV import today, complementing Apollo's database with fresh creator and B2B leads.

How it works

Get Trackyr contacts into Apollo today by exporting a CSV and using Apollo's bulk CSV import to create or enrich contacts and add them to a list or sequence. Trackyr is strong on creator leads and freshly verified contacts that Apollo's database may not surface. A native Trackyr → Apollo integration is planned but not built yet, so CSV import (or pushing the webhook batch via Zapier or Make) is the current path. Verify emails in Trackyr (1 credit) before importing so Apollo starts from clean data.

// Step by step

Send contacts to Apollo.

  1. 1In Trackyr, run hunts — including creator engines Apollo doesn't cover — and verify emails.
  2. 2Click Export to download the contacts as a CSV.
  3. 3In Apollo, open Contacts and choose Import → Bulk import from CSV.
  4. 4Map first name, email, company, and phone to Apollo fields and import.
  5. 5Add the imported contacts to an Apollo list or sequence.
  6. 6Run your Apollo outreach against the fresh leads.

// Common questions

Answered.

Why use Trackyr alongside Apollo?+

Apollo's database is B2B-centric. Trackyr adds creator leads (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and freshly verified contacts that Apollo may not surface, imported via CSV.

Is there a native Trackyr to Apollo integration?+

Not yet — it's planned. Today you import a CSV, or push a Trackyr webhook batch into Apollo through Zapier or Make.

Will Apollo enrich the imported contacts?+

Apollo can run its own enrichment on imported records. Trackyr supplies the verified base contact; Apollo layers its firmographic data on top.
