// Trust & compliance

Powerful data, handled responsibly.

Trackyr is a prospecting platform for business and partnership outreach. Compliance isn’t a bolt-on — it’s baked into how the graph is sourced, stored, and kept current.

Public-data sourcing

Creator engines scrape logged-out, publicly-visible profile data only — never login-gated content. The B2B people database is an aggregated business-contact source under the standard work-contact regime.

Per-record provenance

Every contact stores how it was found: the engine, the timestamp, the source URL, and whether it was public at scrape time. Provenance is immutable — it can't be edited or deleted after the fact.

Global suppression

One suppression list governs the entire graph. An opt-out, hard bounce, DNC hit, or deletion request propagates to every workspace in under a minute, and suppressed contacts disappear from all library and export queries instantly.

Geo-aware

Every contact is tagged by jurisdiction (US / EU / CA / other) so requests route through the correct compliance regime from day one.

Right to deletion (DSAR)

A public data-request endpoint accepts deletion and access requests by email, phone, or handle. Verified requests cascade a hard delete across the graph within the statutory window.

Continuous re-verification

Contacts are re-checked on a rolling cadence and dropped when every method goes dead — so the data you act on is fresh, and stale records don't linger.

// Your obligations

Use it for outreach, not abuse.

Trackyr gives you contact data; using it lawfully is on you. We expect — and our terms require — that you honor the rules that govern outreach in your channel and region.

Honor TCPA quiet hours and consent rules on any SMS or calling.
Follow CAN-SPAM / CASL: real sender identity, working unsubscribe, no deception.
Respect opt-outs immediately and don't re-import suppressed contacts.
Don't use the data for prohibited purposes (credit, employment, housing eligibility, harassment).
