Why does list verification matter?+
Mailbox providers penalize senders with high bounce rates. One dirty campaign can drop your inbox placement for weeks. Verifying before you send keeps bounces low and protects the domain reputation your whole outbound program depends on.
How often is the pool re-verified?+
On a rolling cadence — contacts are re-pinged through email and phone validators (never re-scraped) and any record whose every method has gone dead is dropped. You're working from fresh data, not a one-time snapshot.
Can I verify in bulk?+
Yes — on-demand email verify is 1 credit per address and phone verify is 2 credits per number. Upload a list and Trackyr returns per-row verdicts.
What statuses does verification return?+
Emails come back valid, risky, invalid, or unknown; phones come back with a line type (mobile/landline/VOIP) and active status. You choose the threshold for what makes it into an export.
Does it catch catch-all and disposable domains?+
Yes. Catch-all domains that accept any address are flagged risky rather than passed off as valid, and known disposable and role-based addresses (info@, sales@) are flagged separately so you can decide whether to keep them per campaign.
