Terms of Service

Trackyr is a B2B prospecting and contact-intelligence platform. It lets you discover, validate, and export business and creator contact information for lawful outreach. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You agree that you will not, and will not allow anyone using your account to:

(a) use the data to make decisions about a person’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any purpose governed by the FCRA or similar laws; (b) harass, stalk, defraud, or harm any person; (c) send messaging that violates the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other applicable communications and privacy laws; (d) ignore opt-outs or re-import suppressed contacts; (e) resell or redistribute the raw data other than as part of your own legitimate outreach; or (f) scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

You are solely responsible for your outreach. That includes honoring consent and quiet- hours rules for calls and SMS, providing accurate sender identity and a working unsubscribe in email, suppressing opt-outs promptly, and complying with all laws applicable to your region, channel, and industry. Trackyr provides data; lawful use of it is your responsibility.

Trackyr is paid-only and billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Plans include a monthly allotment of usage credits that reset each billing period; credits purchased in one-time top-up packs do not expire. Credits are consumed as you run hunts, verify contacts, reverse-append phones, and clean leads, at the rates shown on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for prohibited use of the data.

We honor verified access and deletion requests from individuals through our data-request page, and we maintain a global suppression list. You must not attempt to defeat a suppression or re-contact a person who has opted out.

The service, software, and brand are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these Terms. Exported data you obtain may be used for your own lawful outreach, subject to Sections 3–4.

The service and data are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep the graph accurate and continuously re-verified, but we don’t warrant that every record is correct, current, or deliverable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackyr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trackyr and BILT AI harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or data in violation of these Terms or applicable law — including your outreach practices.

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means acceptance. Questions can be sent to our support or legal contact.
