How it works

You can load Trackyr contacts into BILT CRM today using CSV import. Filter your leads, verify the emails and phones you need, export the CSV, then use BILT CRM's contact import to map the columns and drop the leads into your blasting and cold-email automations. A native one-click Trackyr → BILT CRM sync is planned but not built yet, so CSV import (or pushing the webhook batch via Zapier) is the current path. 1In Trackyr, filter My Leads and verify the emails (1 credit) and phones (2 credits) you need.
2Click Export to download the contacts as a CSV.
3In BILT CRM, open the contact import and upload the CSV.
4Map first name, primary email, and primary phone to BILT CRM fields.
5Import the contacts into your target list or campaign audience.
6Trigger your LOI blast or cold-email automation against the new list.

Not yet. The native one-click sync is planned. Today you move contacts in via CSV import, or by pushing Trackyr's webhook batch into BILT CRM through Zapier or Make.

Will the phone numbers work for SMS and LOI campaigns?+

Verify phones in Trackyr (2 credits each) before exporting, and filter to mobile line type, so only valid mobile numbers reach BILT CRM's SMS and LOI workflows.

How do I keep the BILT CRM list fresh?+

Re-export after each hunt and re-import. Trackyr stamps which contacts you've already exported, so you can filter to only the new ones next time.
