// Integration
CSV / webhook todayTrackyr + HubSpot
Load verified Trackyr contacts into HubSpot CRM via CSV import today, with a native one-click sync on the roadmap.
How it works
Get Trackyr contacts into HubSpot today by exporting a CSV and using HubSpot's Contacts → Import flow, which maps first name, email, and phone to contact properties and dedupes on email. For automation, click Push to send a Trackyr webhook batch to a Zapier or Make catch-hook that creates or updates HubSpot contacts. A native Trackyr → HubSpot sync is planned but not built yet, so CSV import and the webhook batch are the real paths. Pool pulls are free and email verification is 1 credit.
// Step by step
Send contacts to HubSpot.
- 1In Trackyr, filter My Leads and verify the emails you'll import (1 credit each).
- 2Click Export to download the contacts as a CSV.
- 3In HubSpot, go to Contacts → Import → Start an import → File from computer.
- 4Upload the CSV and map columns to HubSpot contact properties.
- 5Finish the import — HubSpot matches on email to update or create records.
- 6Enroll the new contacts in a HubSpot sequence or workflow.
// Common questions
Answered.
Does Trackyr have a native HubSpot integration?+
Not yet. A native one-click sync is planned. Today you import a CSV, or push a Trackyr webhook batch into HubSpot through Zapier or Make.
Will the import update existing HubSpot contacts?+
Yes. HubSpot's import matches on email address, so importing a Trackyr CSV updates existing records and creates new ones.
How do I avoid bouncing HubSpot sends?+
Verify emails in Trackyr (1 credit each) before exporting, and filter to valid-email status, so only deliverable addresses reach HubSpot.
Verified contacts, in your stack.
Find and verify creator + B2B contacts, then export to CSV or push a webhook anywhere.
