How it works

Get Trackyr contacts into Instantly today by exporting a CSV and uploading it to an Instantly campaign's Leads tab, which accepts a CSV with email, first name, and custom variables. For automation, click Push to send a Trackyr webhook batch to Instantly's add-leads API via a Zapier or Make catch-hook. A native Trackyr → Instantly push is planned but not built yet, so CSV upload and the webhook batch are the current paths. Verify emails in Trackyr (1 credit) first — Instantly cold-email deliverability depends on a clean list.

Send contacts to Instantly.

  1. 1In Trackyr, filter to valid-email contacts and verify them (1 credit each).
  2. 2Click Export to download the verified contacts as a CSV.
  3. 3In Instantly, open your campaign → Leads → Import leads → Upload CSV.
  4. 4Map the email and first name columns to Instantly fields.
  5. 5Add company or job-title columns as custom variables for personalization.
  6. 6Launch the campaign against the imported leads.

Why verify before uploading to Instantly?+

Cold-email deliverability depends on a clean list. Verify emails in Trackyr (1 credit each) and filter to valid status so invalid addresses never reach your Instantly campaign and burn your sending domains.

Can I personalize beyond first name?+

Yes. The Trackyr CSV carries company name, domain, and job title, which you can map as Instantly custom variables for personalization tokens.
